The land is accessed directly from the Pafos main highway and the coast is just eight minutes away. This is a region dotted with citrus groves and overlooks the turquoise seas and is the least developed part of Cyprus. A perfect base for easy access to the varied landscapes of rocky promontories, lush meadows, rugged forests, sleepy monasteries and quiet beaches. Very close to the Akamas peninsular, a nature reserve with hiking trails, and the surrounding coastal and mountain villages which offer authentic Cypriot hospitality, culture and cuisine.
Kritou Terra is on the E4 tourist route as recognised by the EU for its natural beauty. The village is close to Inia village and touches onto the Akamas in some areas. This is a very traditional village with some basic amenities and it is recognised for its eco tourist attracting students and schools to experience traditional Cypriot culture and heritage. Drive time to Polis and Latchi is about 15 minutes and to Coral Bay and Pafos about 25 minutes.
